Our Restaurant & Ideology
Instead of walls, our light-flooded restaurant space offers a breathtaking sea view from floor-to-ceiling windows. Our spacious seaside terrace and the historical manor property create an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere, whether you are looking for a weekday lunch or a more special occasion. We offer lunch from Monday to Friday between 10:30 and 14:00(summertime until 15:00). During summer, the Stansvik Sunday Brunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00. Outside of these hours, we happily provide catering services for events held at the Stansvik Manor or other locations. Kindly go to the Organize an Event page for more information.
The Stansvik Ideology
Everything we do, we do a bit better. We focus on quality and fulfilling our customers’ needs. Less meaningless boasting, more getting it done.
95 % of the meat we use is Finnish and responsibly produced. We select the fish in our dishes carefully from MSC certified catches.
Our goal is to only use fresh vegetables, utilizing those that are in season. The berries that turn into our delicious jams and pastry toppings are from Finland with no exception.
In our bakery, the main ingredients are organic and have the Finnish Luomu certification.
We only use authentic butter and cream, and the Atlantic salt we use is all-natural. The vegetable oil in our food is top-quality as well.
We make essentially all the products ourselves at Stansvik, including the bakery and confectionery goods, salads and preserved goods. We make all of the dishes from start to finish, which guarantees the exceptional taste and texture of our foods – just the way You want them.
All the above-mentioned factors come together in our food and service. Whether it is the lunch buffet or a private event, You can be sure that we here at Stansvik will serve unique and delicious, authentic dishes that we are proud of.
